The Real Trip, the windsurfing weekend on the beach of Makkum at De Holle Poarte since 1995, is over. From Friday 18 to Sunday 20 September 2026 we had a fantastic event with long distance races, the spectacular Rabbit Start, kids races, a Windsurf EXPO, live music and plenty of beach activities. But above all: a lot of wind! From beginner to experienced racer, participant or visitor: everyone was welcome again. Even if you didn't come to race, you could experience the weekend as a Fan of The Real Trip!
